Our personnel resources are supplemented by experienced consulting specialists in the fields of Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental Engineering, and Landscape Architecture.

All facets of Building Design including: Conceptual Land Planning, Custom Single Family Homes and related Subdivision Planning, Planned Multi Family Developments (low-rise), Senior Citizens Housing Programs, Assisted Living and Congregate Care Developments, Rental Communities, Condominium Developments, and Mid-Rise Residential Developments have been designed by Progressive North Planning and Design along with Progressive Associates, Inc.
